Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any digital product ("Product") sold through this website (the "Site"), operated by Oli Brandon, trading as Oli Brandon Coaching ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing a Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
1. Digital products
All Products sold on this Site are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped or delivered to you. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product (e.g. a PDF ebook) directly to your device.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, software, and internet connection to access and use the Product.
2. Payment terms
Full payment is required at checkout before access to download the Product is granted. Products are not reserved, held, or made available prior to payment being received in full. We accept payment through the methods indicated at checkout.
3. Refunds and your right to cancel
All sales of digital Products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once your purchase is complete and the Product has been made available to you, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be provided.
Under UK consumer law, digital products are normally covered by a 14-day cancellation/cooling-off period. However, by completing your purchase and gaining immediate access to the digital download, you expressly consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.
This waiver applies once download access has been granted. Please review the Product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about the content of a Product prior to buying, contact us using the details below.

4. Intellectual property
All content within the Product — including but not limited to recipes, text, photography, videography, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of Oli Brandon Coaching and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a single, personal-use licence to use the Product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- share, distribute, or forward the Product (in whole or in part) to any third party;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the Product;
- reproduce, republish, or upload the Product (in whole or in part) to any other website, platform, or service;
- claim authorship of the Product or any part of its content.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Product may result in legal action.
5. Accuracy and disclaimer
The nutritional, fitness, and health-related content contained in the Product is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, dietary, or professional advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

By purchasing and using the Product, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
